MEET THE TEAM

At the Christin Rutley Method, our instructors are more than trainers — they're movement specialists committed to helping every client build strength that lasts. Each member of our team is extensively trained in pilates, functional movement, and strength training, bringing a well-rounded, precision-focused approach to every class. We believe no two bodies are the same, so every session is guided with individual attention, intentional coaching, and a deep understanding of form and biomechanics.

Christin Rutley

Christin Rutley is a movement expert, trainer, and wellness entrepreneur who has built her career around one belief: that the right training should make you stronger for life, not just for the gym. With a background education in Exercise Physiology, specialty in barre & contemporary pilates, functional movement, and strength training, she created the Christin Rutley Method to prioritize longevity, balance, and intentional movement. Her approach has attracted elite athletes, high-profile clients, celebrities and everyday wellness seekers across her two West Palm Beach studios. Christin trains with precision — emphasizing form, breathwork, and biomechanics — so every client leaves not just worked, but better.

Annie Giglio

Annie's athletic roots run deep — from competing on Boston College's Division I varsity field hockey team to running the 2011 Boston Marathon. Now certified in mat pilates, she brings that same dedication to the studio, coaching with a focus on strength, precision, and mindful movement that carries into everyday life. When she's not teaching, you'll find Annie working in tech, exploring new restaurants, traveling, or at home with her teacup yorkie, Enzo.

Carli Ferrugio

Carli's relationship with movement started young — training at The Florida School for Dance Education from childhood through high school before studying Retail Entrepreneurship at Florida State. After returning to South Florida, she discovered pilates during the pandemic and never looked back. She completed Lolita's Legacy Teacher Training Program under respected educators Danielle Armstrong, Laura Cordle, and Marian Llamas, and is certified in both mat and reformer pilates. She is also certified in personal training. Outside the studio, you'll find Carli taking class, soaking up the South Florida sunshine, or spending time with her dogs.

Chloe Arielle

Originally from New York City, Chloe moved to West Palm Beach in 2015 and has built a fitness career as dynamic as her own journey. A competitive bodybuilder in the Bikini Division, she discovered barre and pilates while recovering from a knee injury — and after finding the CR Method, she was so transformed by it that she got certified to teach it herself. Her personal story, navigating a weight journey from 90 lbs to 200 lbs and back to a healthy balance, drives her passion for showing clients that real change is always possible. Outside the studio, you'll find Chloe at a music festival, in the kitchen baking, or doing what she does best — moving.
